Customer Service Representative Currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our company. The ideal individual will refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution. This individual will compute charges, collect payments, and issue receipts. The Customer Service Representative will resolve customer disputes by examining returned merchandise, over charges, and unauthorized deductions.
