Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of general ledger
- Preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports
- Accounts receivable / Accounts payable
- Invoicing / billing
- Collections
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have Excel Experience
- An associate's degree in accounting is preferred
- Must have 2 - 5 years of experience in the field or related area
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Must be able to take direction and follow orders
- Must be able to demonstrate a mature and calm demeanor

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
