Key responsibilities include: Oversee management and day to day operations of the community
Hire and supervise employees ensuring adequate staffing
Implement approaches and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction
Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

We seek the following principal
Qualifications: 3 years of Executive Director experience in operations, marketing, financial planning and human resources management
Nursing Home Administrator''s license required; RCA or HFA license
Bachelor''s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget
Experience with marketing and public speaking a plus
