Lead the structuring, drafting and negotiation of acquisitions and divestitures, forming and investing in ventures, and related financings, while working as a team with other in-house attorneys, corporate development personnel and outside attorneys. Oversight of and responsibility for all phases of transaction process, including the negotiation of letters of intent, performance of legal due diligence, negotiation and delivery of definitive documents and closings.
