Tabor College has an immediate opening for a Director of
Enrollment Services at the college's Wichita campus.
The Director of Enrollment Services reports to the Executive
Vice President, serves as a member of the Campus Leadership Team,
and provides direct supervision to the Enrollment Consultants.
This position is responsible for growing the enrollment of Tabor
College's adult, graduate, and online enrollment through its School
of Adult & Graduate Studies. Additionally, the position provides
leadership and coordinates planning for assigned areas of
responsibility, including the marketing and advertising components
related to the position.This position is located in Wichita,
KS.
Tabor College is a private liberal arts college offering
bachelors and masters degrees. The campus is located in Hillsboro,
KS (50 miles north of Wichita, KS) with an additional campus
located in Wichita, KS. Tabor College prides itself in offering an

Essential Job Functions
1.Articulate and accomplish enrollment goals in accordance with
the college's strategic plan.
2.Build relationships with local industry
3.Lead the Enrollment Services team members.
4.Work with other College personnel as needed to improve
registration and advising systems.
5.Collaborate with other College personnel regarding new
program development and program modifications, giving emphasis to
program marketability.
6.Manage the overall Enrollment Management budget in
consultation with the Director of Business Affairs and the
Executive Vice President.
7.Work with the College Communications Office to develop timely
and appropriate marketing materials.
8.Represent the College externally as needed.
9.Serve on the Admissions Committee regarding any applicants
for admission who are questionable or who may not fully meet the
published admissions standards.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college or
university with a bachelors degree in business (masters preferred)
or a related field and at least three years of enrollment
management or other sales experience, preferably in a higher
education setting. This position requires demonstrated ability to
perform essential job functions, and strong leadership skills with
demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
including public presentations.
Successful candidates must be professing Christians who are
active members of a local church, enthusiastically support Tabor
College's Mission, Vision, & Values, and can articulate a Christian
worldview.
