Effectively Lead Employees in the production of high-end aircraft interior furniture and composite components with an emphasis on the Paint, Finish, Staining and Toning processes to meet quality, schedule and budget requirements.Leads and implements Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Plans and schedules direct and indirect labor workflow and organize teams to meet production schedulesEvaluates and monitors employee performance through performance plans and assessments, developing performance objectives, coaching and counseling and providing and documenting appropriate trainingEnsures team conformance to Business Unit policies and proceduresResolves employee conflictsTroubleshoots and solves production issuesInitiates or recommends plans to motivate employees to achieve goalsIdentifies and implements process improvements to current production processPrepares and presents information such as results and processes to management and employeesChampion s the organization s culture and communicates vision and goals regularlyCommunicate with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departmentsDemonstrates equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assigns employees to experienced workers for trainingInterprets specifications, blueprints, work instructions and company policies and procedures for workers Maintains operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
