Customer Service Representative

Currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our company.
The ideal individual will refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution. This individual will compute charges, collect payments, and issue receipts. The Customer Service Representative will resolve customer disputes by examining returned merchandise, over charges, and unauthorized deductions.
Key requirements:
An HS Diploma or GED
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems, electronic mail software, 10-key, and software applications
Interpersonal skills
Punctuality
$35,000 per year.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
