Customer Insights Manager

JOB
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact and chief customer advocate for assigned accounts.
- Review industry, category, consumer, and shopper data to identify volume, profit, product, and market share growth opportunities.
- Conduct category business review sessions with customers to address state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, and incremental sales growth.
- Monitor and manage broker performances and their sales efforts on our behalf.
- Execute customer plans (trade promotions, distribution, product development, and pricing).
- Educate new customer contacts on the honey industry and why Barkman Honey stands apart.
RequirementsTOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Analytics background desired - we are always reviewing internal and external data to help manage our customers and business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary - most communications will be through email but expect video conference calls as well as live meetings and trade shows.
- Be ready to learn - we want you to know about beekeeping, our products vs competitors, and the honey/food industry, so you can have deep and meaningful conversations with customers.
