Your responsibilities will include evaluating project scopes, analyzing blueprints, conducting material take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with their team to ensure timely and accurate bidding. Essential Job Functions:

- Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations.

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

- Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.

- Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.

Skills Needed:

- 5 years of HVAC estimating experience.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs.

- Proficient in relevant estimating software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
