As the Maintenance Assistant you will keep parking lots and grounds clean, fix routine problems (carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, etc.), keep supplies and tools in order, and assist with other related needs when requested.
To qualify, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills, and a solid work ethic. Experience with painting, carpentry, plumbing, and other trades is needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
