Estimator / Project Manager
A well established / reputable company looking to hire an estimator/ project manager to join our organization.
We perform a wide range of commercial jobs up to 5 million dollar projects.
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Construction or Engineering degree
- Knowledge of estimating / project management software
- Self starter / good work ethic / good communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and building relationships with Owners, Subs, Suppliers
- Generate estimates/ budgets
- Value engineering
- Organize all documents from bid to close out
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
