Sanitation Manager

Food manufacturing company in Ponca City, Oklahoma seeking sanitation manager. The primary purpose of the night sanitation manager is to achieve total plant cleanliness in all production areas. Secondary responsibilities include directing and developing the night sanitation team, while identifying potential backups and preparing them for advancement. $55-60K depending on experience. Full-time with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
First line of communication for problem solving and decision partnering for the Sanitation staff.
Apprises the Assistant Plant Manager as well as other appropriate personnel of significant occurrences or events that transpire during sanitation, such as, product contamination, major equipment failure, downtime, and personal injury.
Directly responsible for developing the sanitation supervisor and key back-ups.
Manage the sanitation operating budget to within two percent of projections.
Responsible for the completion of all goals and action steps.
Responsible for ensuring associates receive quality training, and that asst. managers are providing proper documentation for all training on a daily basis.
With the assistance of the supervisor, performs 1st tier pre-operational inspections on all equipment on the production floors.
Accountable for ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly, prior to start up each morning.
Ensures all members on the team are properly trained in the areas of SSOP's, food and plant safety, chemical awareness, and equipment assembly.
Responsible for setting and administering the Sanitation staff schedule as well as maintaining tracking systems such as attendance, vacation, hours worked, and compensation time.
Responsible for coordinating and administering discipline with the hourly sanitation work force.
Focuses the majority of their time on the production floor in order to create a sense of urgency with regard to productivity, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Responsible for coordinating assignments associated with the development, implementation, and completion of the department's goals and action steps.
Responsible for ordering chemicals, supplies, and personal equipment, while managing the inventories at proper levels.
Manage overtime within the confines of the projected budgeted amount.
Requirements (Skills and Experience):

Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results.
Supervision, including employee retention, performance review and discipline.

Computer literacy
Bachelors Degree in Meat Science or Business preferred with a minimum of three years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
