Plant Manager
Seeking a Qualified Plant Manager for 300
associate facility. The Plant Manager will direct all plant and operation activities to meet Corporate Goals of Operational Excellence, with a focus on Cost Control and Continuous Improvement. Key areas of concentration include staff development, process improvement, asset management, safety and customer satisfaction.
Must Have:
Bachelors Degree- Engineering or related highly desirable
Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility in a manufacturing facility
Minimum 5 Years of Management both hourly and salaried associates
Experience managing a large workforce (over 200 employees, with both direct and indirect)
Background in a Continuous Flow Operation
Continuous Improvement/Lean Experience
Asset Management Experience
Supply Chain Management
