Supervisor Veteran Service Representative (Coach)
Assign work priorities for subordinates to ensure expertise in all phases of claims processing. Ensure all cases are processed to the benefit of veterans and dependents. Recommend appropriate action based on data addressing service concerns. Plan to assign workload to subordinates ranging from entry base to senior administrative with final authority review over the work product. Address work issues to ensure consistency of ratings are correct per guidelines. Responsible for assigning special projects, completing systematic analyses of operations, support of team's efforts in achieving goals of service. Develop performance standards, interviews, recommendations for reassignments or promotions, and resolution on disciplinary actions. Experience:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religions; spiritual; community; student; social).
