Job Details Description CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERThe candidate for this position must oversee the daily customer service operations of two retail branch locations. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills and expertise in new accounts and consumer lending, as well as proven ability to manage and motivate multiple branches.Requirements for the position include a bachelors degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of two years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of two years sales experience, and a minimum of five years experience working in customer service. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
