Senior Technology Implementation Consultant
Job Description SummaryRequires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise and technical knowledge in the discipline of technology implementation consulting. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve technology products, or to improve processes or services through applicable technology. Provides senior-level technology solutions and integration services through consulting project activities to external clients. Works with clients to identify technology solutions to meet their business needs, understand system configuration requirements and software specifications. Delivers consulting services to include project management for implementation, data migration, testing, and client training. Provides input to product teams for areas of product enhancements. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve technology products, or to improve processes or services through applicable technology. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Leads functional teams or projects in solving complex technical problems with moderate resource requirements and risk.This can be a remote position, on-site as needed to fulfill business requirements.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality deliverables from project development teams to the quality assurance teamAssist with client technical consulting support to meet the delivery objectives; May include interface with the clients' IT and technical teamsPerform data mapping from the client's systemEnsure best practices are being followed on all projects for environment setup, unit testing, product packaging, and automated build integrationCoordinate with the client's implementation team to identify and mitigate any technical issues that may potentially impact deliveryProvide clear direction to distributed technical teams on solutions throughout the implementation cycleEnsure efficient coordination on multiple projects with distributed internal and external teamsMay serve asaninformal resource for colleagues with less experienceKey RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience5
