Operations Lead (Manager)

Responsibilities:
To provide a remarkable experience with every team member and guest you come in contact with.
The Operations Leader position is responsible for leading multiple shifts throughout the week (5am-2pm or 2pm-11pm).
There is a requirement to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
There are two types of Ops Leads:
Front of House and Back of House.
Front of House responsibilities include:
Setting the team up for success by intentional decision making Placing the team members into specific positions for their shift Managing team member breaks/shifts Handling/counting cash drawers Opening and/or closing the store for the day Solving issues that arise during the shift Communicating with and resolving issues with guests Communicating with other leaders and team members Assisting the business wherever is necessary (Front of House or Back of House) Communicating with BOH Ops Leads and Directors to solve any issues that arise Mentoring team members Communicating goals and results with the team Back of House responsibilities include:
Setting the team up for success by intentional decision making Placing the team members into specific positions for their shift Managing team member breaks/shifts Communicating with other leaders and team members Communicating with FOH Ops Leads and Directors to solve any issues that arise Monitoring a food-safe work environment Properly tracking food waste Mentoring team members Communicating goals and results with the team We offer:
