Summary:
The Human Resources Co-Op role will primarily be focused on assisting with human resources support, employee data, procedures and services for a wide variety of human resources activities.
Opportunity to support i nternal customers to provide guidance with business strategies, processes, communications, and policies.
(Areas of support may include but is not limited to these various departments - Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Labor/Employee Relations, Talent Development, Employee Service Center, Human Resources Business Partner, and other).

Responsibilities:
oDevelop and maintain standard and customized processes for human resources to support HR management, business partners and other internal customersoPartner with functional leadership to drive talent management/development programs and philosophies consistent with the organization's strategy, goals, and values.
oParticipate in implementation of human resources technology enhancements.
oSupport internal talent acquisition including the sourcing of talent, building talent pipelines, and identifying talent gaps/needs.
Partner with recruiter and hiring manager to set recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment processes.
oOther projects and assignments to support and gain exposure to different human resources fields.

EDUCATION/
Experience:
Pursuing bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field QUALIFICATIONS :

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
