Fall Co-Op - Electronic Modules Engineer
JOB SUMMARY :
Develop Electronic Modules utilized in the control and monitoring of various systems on-board the aircraft.
Tasks include circuit design, PC board layout, software design, verification and integration on Textron Aviation products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
I.
Assist with the development, design, testing and certification documentation for new or modified printed circuit board modules for aircraftII.
Apply electrical engineering theory and the operation of electronic test equipment to functionally test and troubleshoot avionics/electrical modules or systemsIII.
Assist with validation of electronic circuit design concepts using SPICE softwareIV.
Design printed circuit board layouts using Altium design softwareV.
Utilize VHDL to modify and maintain Programmable Logic DevicesVI.
Assist with preparation of engineering certification reports to document system designs that meet the requirements of certification authoritiesVII.
Assist with preparation of functional test documents to verify proper operation of electronic assembliesJOB SUMMARY :

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:
Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Engineering Technology Minor in Technical Writing is beneficial QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience with use of electronic test equipment Strong computer skills Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects of various size and scope Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and diplomatic demeanorApplicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.
