We're looking for nurses who want a full-time Director of Nursing position to oversee our clinical team! As Director of Nursing, you will have responsibility for the delivery and execution of our clinical program offerings and ensure our clinical staff have the knowledge and skill set to deliver excellent resident care.
You will oversee the professional development of our staff through our orientation and mentor programs.
You will ensure we are operating according to established clinical practices and understand how our processes at Tutera can help support and drive better health across all our services and programs.

Active clinical license (RN or BSN) in the state of Kansas required.
Proven experience in a skilled nursing home environment with some history as a DON preferred.
Prior experience in management and leadership experience in a clinical leadership environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable operating with change and uncertainty.
Excellent project management, presentation, and strong planning and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and driven for success.
Demonstrated success in operational process improvement and performance management.
Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
