One Call Concepts is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators.
We provide both technical and emergency damage prevention services for Kansas 811, a statewide non-profit organization.

Job Description:
We are an inbound only call center in Wichita, KS that services Kansas 811.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions to obtain information from callers who will be digging.
During the call, the CSR will obtain information about the customers and their work site.
This information will be data entered into a ticket format, following data entry the CSR will then identify the work site on a mapping system similar to Google maps.
CSRs must be focused on quality and have excellent communication skills.
No prior experience is necessary.
There is a paid training course that will cover everything that you will need to succeed.
Training is conducted in the office in person.
Once training is complete, you will have the opportunity to work in the office or remotely.
The position is 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities.
The call center is not open on weekends! This is a Monday through Friday job opportunity with no nights and no weekends expected.
Essential Job Functions Communicate effectively and create positive relationships with excavators, peers, and management Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria Reading digital maps accurately Excellent written and oral communication skills Provide excellent customer service at all times Demonstrate an interest in public safety Understand and apply new concepts Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment.
Ability and willingness to work from the office as needed by the company (in cases of home service internet/power outages, equipment failure, etc.
).
While rare, there are times when it is necessary for our team members to temporarily work from the office.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED.
Ability to listen and problem solve effectively Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry--must be able to type 40
wpm.
Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance Ability to work as a team Be self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to work overtime based on the business needs of the call center Must pass a criminal background check Applications are now being accepted! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
