Position SummaryThis position is responsible for both complex and routine administrative services for Human ResourcesThe HR Generalist works closely with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, etcto ensure success of all HR requirements, policies and proceduresAdditionally, this position maintains the employee system of record for Human Resources.Responsibilities & DutiesAdvise associates on a wide range of Human Resource mattersLead and manage various Human Resource projects to align with HR objectives as assignedSupport Human Resources in the following areas and additional areas as assignedHR Policy & ProcessRecruitment & RetentionLearning & DevelopmentPerformance ManagementEmployee RelationsBenefitsHRIS RecordsManagementLead onboarding program for USHVResolve employee questions and concernsWork with practice leaders to support day to day Human Resources process and proceduresAssist in development and ongoing maintenance of Human Resources policies and proceduresSupport non-clinical recruiting as needed and assignedServe as an internal subject matter expert and supports all data entry for Human Resources into the HRIS system (ADP WFN)Other duties as assigned and requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required3 years of Human Resources experience requiredExperience with ADP WFN HR system of record preferredExperience in a medical environment and/or experience preferredIntermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, data analysis & reporting.Work EnvironmentEnvironmental characteristics described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this jobReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to medical equipment and chemicals at various timesThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateI have read and understand the above job descriptionI represent that I am able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without accommodation Recommended Skills Administration Clinical Works Data Analysis Data Entry Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Apply to this job.
