Commercial Maintenance Technician

This position requires a VALID Driver's License and the ability to be insured through our client! The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE experience is required.
HVAC is required for higher wage request.
Must have basic electrical experience.
Commercial building repair and upkeep experience.
Groundskeeping and basic landscaping.
HVAC skills are highly preferred.
Able to use a smartphone and computer for work orders and updates.
Experience working with online tools.
This position will perform work as it relates to groundskeeping and light building maintenance for all managed properties in Wichita, KS.
Assist with HVAC filter changes.
Minor plumbing work.
Roof and exterior building maintenance.
Snow removal when necessary.
Ensure that the property grounds and all common areas are clean and free of debris daily.
Maintain all common areas, walkways, breezeways, public bathrooms, parking lots or other areas as required.
Assist the Maintenance Techs and Supervisor when needed.
This is a manual, physically demanding line of work performed indoors and outdoors in all elements of weather.
