Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day functional operations using IT systems.Prepare reports, correspondence, and statistics.Maintain records and filing systems.Enter data into computer systems.Complete routine reports to support decision-making processes.Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served.Support managers with administrative tasks, presentations, ordering of Amazon purchases.Support with meeting preparations, food orders, and cleanliness of the office area.Go getter to complete work tasks.Support warehouse with administrative functions such as delivery notes creation, pick tickets, and SAP related.
Qualifications:
Two-year vocational training plus up to one year of experience.Basic knowledge and experience in the related field of work.Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.Proficiency in using specialized software packages.This is a front office admin, receives and greets people.Need to have communication skills and clean presence.On the job training will be provided. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
