Position:
-No Doctor currently. Kansas City doctor covering and the office is closed on some days.
-Are simple staffing model includes 1 doctor, 1 hygienist and 3 DA's
-6 Chairs
-5k- 8k /daily production (when there is a FT doctor)
-95% kids
Compensation
-Up to $900/daily or 35%, up to $75k sign on for two year commitment

-Up to $75k Sign-On, Relocation available
-Student loan reimbursement ($1000/monthly for full time or $500/monthly for part time)
-CE allowance or offering per organization: $1000/annual
