Job Profile
This
position
is responsible for the sales function of the Asian distribution operations including China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam.
The Regional Market Manager will work with Distributors in a collaborative partnership to assist with the following:
Business assessment and planning
Implementing a maintenance awareness marketing and sales strategy
Sales and technical training
Customer cultivation & retention
General territory development
Help facilitate communication among Distributors within his area of responsibility
Qualifications
BS Degree in engineering, international business or related field from an accredited university or college required. Master's Degree preferred.
International and industry related work experience, with Asian market experience preferred.
10 - 15 years of experience in the relevant geographical market place as well as experience in the automotive lubricants, chemicals or fluids industry.
