This ideal GM candidate will possess the following:
Currently in a General Manager or other leadership/management role, preferably within a campus dining account.
Candidates from other contract dining business lines as well as restaurant, hotel or country club settings will be considered.
Proven communication, operational excellence and client satisfaction skills.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
Strong financial background
Analytical and strategic skills to drive business.
