THE OPPORTUNITY

Find your niche as a business systems analyst, software developer, or within specialties that include networking, application support, servers, storage and security. Our IT staff provides critical services to each Koch company and is essential for keeping us in touch with customers and colleagues around the world.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Software Development: Visual Studio .Net, Visual Basic .Net, XML, C/C++, C Sharp, Java, Informatica, PL/SQL, TSQL, and data management systems such as Oracle, Sybase, and SQL.
Business System Analysis: Information gathering from the business groups, initial system design conversations, in depth interaction with the software development team, including coding in the technologies listed above.
SAP Associate: Building and developing SAP business analysis, functional and technical knowledge and skills via participation in various SAP disciplines which support critical business areas including: Finance, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Procurement (Requisition-to-Pay), and Manufacturing.
Application Systems Analysis: Support the daily operations of the business through technical analysis and application support of the diverse Koch Companies business applications. Collaborate with other IT teams to develop new processes and procedures resulting in greater efficiency and value creation for the business.
Networking, SAN and Server Administration: Provide support for globally distributed Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, and Wireless Network environments for Koch companies. Manage a diverse storage environment of more than 1 PB in size with multiple array types in multiple data centers and more than 60 remote sites. Provide administration of UNIX, Linux and Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, system performance tuning, file system tuning, system security, and general systems administration.
NETWORKING
The interns and new hires at Koch companies work directly with business leaders, creating an environment that fosters learning and development. In addition to professional guidance, a variety of social and business-related activities are also available for further interaction with mentors and peers.
REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing a business or engineering related degree, with a major or emphasis/minor in
computer
Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, or Quantitative Analysis? Minimum of six hours of related course work.
Cumulative 2.75 or greater GPA and a major GPA of 3.0 or above.
THE PAYOFF
We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience. This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
