Management of Value Stream responsible for the disassembly, refurbishment, modification of and refinishing OEM Custom Interior Cabinet Installations for Corporate and Private Aircraft Manufacturers. Management of On-site Customer Service Field Technicians responsible for oversight of installation, small repairs and touch-up of product during customer manufacturing process. Accountable for entire Value Stream performance with a focus on developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communications. Oversight of skilled manufacturing operations such as production machining, assembly/test, inspection, electrical/electronics or construction. Planning and allocation of resources, materials and scheduling of equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Establish physical layout of machinery and most efficient sequence of operations and work flow. The incumbent is responsible for complying with UTC s Code of Ethics, the Policy Statement on Business Ethics and Conduct in Contracting with the U.S. Government, and related policies. In executing his/her responsibilities, incumbent shall take all steps necessary to foster open communications and to support UTC s compliance, business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.Typical Roles/Area of Focus: Incumbent s responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following: Supervision, Production, Planning & Scheduling, Allocation of resources, Machining, Tool & Die, Design and sequence of operations, Industrial Engineering, Understands key concepts in their with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements Plans and schedules direct and indirect labor workflow and organize teams to meet productions schedulesEvaluates and monitors employee performance through performance plans and assessments, developing performance objectives, coaching and counseling and providing and documenting appropriate trainingEnsures team conformance to UTC'S policies and proceduresResolves employee conflictsTroubleshoots and solves production issuesInitiates or recommends plans to motivate employees to achieve goalsIdentifies and implements process improvements to current production processPrepares and presents information such as results and processes to management and employeesChampion s the organization s culture and communicates vision and goals and regularlyCommunicate with other members of Mgmt. team to coordinate operations and activities within or between Value StreamsDemonstrates equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assigns employees to experienced workers for trainingInterprets specifications, blueprints, work instructions and company policies and procedures for workers Maintains operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare Customer & Management reports of production results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
