Event Staff
Assist in the setup and breakdown of staging, risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, etc. as directed by the Event Manager.
Responsible for making sure all equipment is put in pre-designated space.
Performs minor maintenance on equipment used for setup and breakdown of events.
Performs all other job related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of hand and basic power tools.
Must have ability to work indoors and outdoors, being exposed to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold, dust, dirt, extreme noise and potential hazardous materials.
Withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, stooping and kneeling without restrictions.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted or 125 lbs assisted in the performance of assigned duties in an effective and safe proper manner.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance.

No supervisory duties are included in this position
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
