Qualified individuals come from a variety of backgrounds, work and educational experiences. Although specific experience is not necessary, Ace does require the following:
o Highly motivated, confident, energetic, and positive attitude
o Strong communication and presentation skills, along with listening ability
o Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed - a driven self-starter
o Competitive in Nature, leadership competence, goal-oriented
o Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
o A high degree of honesty and integrity
o Professional appearance and demeanor
o Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance is desirable
