The Role
The Project Management Specialist Level 2 oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and review status of projects and reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders
Gathers, compiles and analyze s data in support of multiple processes and deliverables, along with variance analysis and data validation
Participates in regular meetings and proactively supports the daily activities of the team
Skills & Experience
Required
Experience:
3 years
of experience in Project Management
MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
Strong Business Acumen
Strong interpersonal relationships and communication
Preferred
Qualifications:
Security Clearance (or able to obtain a security clearance)
Advance MS Excel experience
Education Requirements:
Required Education - Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education - Master's Degree
