In your role, you will:
Act as the lead within BFTC Project Engineering for Business Unit Project Offices in regards to Project Management at BFTC
Cover all test activities at BFTC, whether aircraft or rig, and includes initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of tasks
Ensure effective use of Project Management team principles and practices in the conduct of the Business Unit s Statement of Work by establishing and communicating clear, effective, achievable project plans
Act as the Business Unit s advocate within BFTC while also acting as a liaison between BFTC and the Business Unit
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
You must have a minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
You have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a flight test environment (preferred)
You must have knowledge of aircraft systems and operations
You have previous experience in system engineering design (preferred)
You have supervisory/management experience (preferred)
You have knowledge of flight test procedures and practices (preferred)
You have Project Management experience and PMI or equivalent (preferred)
You must have knowledge of Aircraft Certification Requirements (Part 25) (preferred)
You must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project
You must have a strong organizational & time management skills to support multiple tasks
You must have strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas
You must have ability to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company
