Position Description PAR is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive innovation for our Hardware as a Service (HaaS) business. You will function as the owner of the product line and drive this new business forward using your business acumen and product innovation expertise. This is a highly visible role within the organization and provides an opportunity for the right entrepreneurial-minded individual to have a significant impact on our industry. You will work directly our customers, stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as internal and external partners to identify and prioritize the highest-value opportunities for growing the business. years of Product Management Experience delivering consumer electronic or enterprise hardware products Experience collaborating with application software teams to develop holistic user-centered product experiences across multiple product lines Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to identify and communicate product strategy to align teams across the organization, across the globe and in partner companies Demonstrable ability to use data to facilitate decision making Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback Ability to create strong user-centered consumer experiences Self-starter; able to act autonomously, anticipate and highlight program and product issues to the team before they happen Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Deep attention to detail, get the little things right in addition to the big picture Be a senior leader within the product organization Help shape the direction, influence product strategy, and establish practices to address customer needs. Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve all of our goals. Develop all roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints. Work with engineering, design, and analytics partners to execute on your team's roadmap Represent the team with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization. Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans, manage the backlog.
