Thanks in advance and thanks for looking at our listing!WELCOME TO OUR SHORT 5 DAY NO RESERVE AUCTION FOR THIS VERY COOL AND HARD TO FIND VINTAGE PROBABLY GERMAN STRADIVARIUS COPY FULL 4/4 SIZE 23.75" LONG VIOLIN MARKED ''ANTONIUS STRADIVARIUS CREMONENSIS FACIEBAT ANNO 1730'' ON A PAPER LABEL INSIDE THE LEFT ''F'' HOLE and most likely dating from the mid to late 1800's if I had to guess judging by the old wood case and the condition of the violin itself. There are no other makers marks on it anywhere nor country if origin, but Germany is where most copies of the Stradivarius were made. I've not cleaned it or done anything to it, how you're seeing it is just how I acquired it. It's in very nice condition with some wear to the finish, though nothing serious and it should shine up well. The neck appears to be straight and I'll probably remove the string bridge for shipping. It will be well packed with plenty of Styrofoam for the ride to you. The case has a broken top hinge-see photos. Please take a look at the photos provided for your consideration and bid accordingly. Take advantage of our no reserve auction and don't let this one get away!!
